REFUND POLICY

Cox Mobile Style Boutique

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges a certain items. 

 

Example:

underwear, jewelry, Hats. Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges / Store Credit:


Exchanges or store credit may be considered within 7 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

Final Sale Items:
Accessories,  hats and underwear sale items, clearance items, and special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Mobile Boutique & Event Purchases:
Items purchased at mobile boutique events or parties follow the same policy. Please ensure your items are inspected at the time of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange / Store Credit:
Contact us directly with your order details. Cox Mobile Style Boutique reserves the right to approve or deny any request that does not meet these conditions.
