Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Cox Mobile Style Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders.

Shipped items:

If your item arrives with a defect or issue, you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned with the original packing slip and all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued 100% store credit for the product.

Store credit will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
